Two visits per month
Designed for extended absences and high-value properties
Includes property orientation,documentation, and baseline condition report.
Following each visit, a detailed report is provided to the client. If any visible irregularities are identified, supporting photos and video when appropriate will be included to ensure clear understanding and informed decision making.
Home Watch services are preventive and observational in nature and do not replace official inspections, permits, code compliance, or evaluations by licensed professionals.

Every Visit Includes:
Scheduling Hours
All visits are scheduled in advance and take place Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Mail and package collection
Interior inspection for leaks or irregularities
Plumbing checks and system operation
Heating and cooling verification
Doors, windows, and security points reviewed
Overall condition and safety assessment
Checking for signs of rodent activity or insect infestations
Running all faucets, showers, and water fixtures to normalize water pressure and help prevent plumbing issues
Flushing toilets and tubs to prevent dry traps, odors, and buildup
Garage & Vehicle Check
Garage door security and operation
Vehicle battery and tire pressure checks
Visual inspection for leaks or concerns
